This facility was in need of a re-roof and Bel-Con was chosen to accomplish this by using Butler’s Lo-Pro Metal-Over-Metal MR-24 standing seam roof system. The re-roof increased the R-value by adding an additional R8 of insulating value while maintaining the existing insulation.This new roof provides a long lasting low maintenance roof system that will serve the client and their tenants for many years. All of this was accomplished without impacting the daily operations of the tenants in the building.
