Bel-Con originally built this arena in 1977 and 32 years later the facility finally needed a new roof! Bel-Con was hired by the Municipality of Clarington to strip and replace the roof. The original roof was a through-fastened (screw-down) roof; the roof replacement utilized Butler’s MR-24 standing seam roof which will provide the Municipality with many years of low maintenance and long service.
