Krown Rust Control

This project was for Krown Rust Control who purchased the former BD Auto Sales Building in Kingston. For this project we renovated more than 3,700 sq ft and added 2,830 sq ft of new space.

The existing structure is a wood frame building. The new additions include a 2,600 sq ft new drive thru service bay and 230 sq ft of additional customer service area. The main addition has a flat roof with a fully adhered EPDM roof system. The front entrance addition has asphalt shingles to match the existing building. The entire existing building has been refaced, removing the blue metal siding in exchange for a more modern look.

In the photos you can see the original building before work started. Other photos show the below grade work being done on the additions in preparation for floor pours, along with views of the completed project.

Visit Krown Rust Control at their new, larger facility at 856 Montreal Street where they continue to provide quality automotive service.
