We were chosen to complete a new 10,000sf commercial facility for Boyle Excavating in Bowmanville for their new shop and offices. This long-established, family-run business delivers outstanding results in demolition, site development, ponds, road building and general excavation for clients, including municipal, commercial, residential and all private sectors in the Durham Region.
This two storey Butler building, includes a ThermaLiner™ Insulation Roof System, insulated metal panels, Butler Widespan steel structure providing support for precast second floor, as well as curtain wall front windows.
The Butler ThermaWall wall panels (generically known as Metal Insulated Panels or Steel Insulated Panels (SIPs)) are used on 3 of the walls of this building. The fourth wall required a specific fire rating and so a similar Metal Insulated Panel was installed. This panel is called Fire Safe and uses Roxul insulation in its core to provide the necessary fire rating.
