Bay of Quinte Golf and Country Club

Bel-Con worked with the Bay of Quinte Golf and Country Club along with numerous other designers, engineers and contractors to build the new “XIX” (19) restaurant. Along with this work, approximately 8 acres of newly constructed ponds, berms and amazing landscaping was developed. There are a few kilometers of infrastructure piping underneath the vast landscaping.

It is an incredible experience to drive to the restaurant which overlooks the 18th hole. The restaurant is a wood frame building with stucco and wood trim finishes on the exterior. It features a state of the art kitchen, 15ft coffered ceilings with high windows in the beautiful dining area, along with numerous outdoor patios.

A new Pro Shop was also constructed just Southwest of the Restaurant on the same property and opened in the spring of 2017.

We have worked with Bel-Con on multiple projects over the last 20 years and have always been extremely satisfied with the results. The buildings constructed have always turned out as envisioned and I would not hesitate to recommend them or their project management approach.
