Bringing all operations under one roof, ADL Insulflex are consolidating their two Cobourg locations into a single facility which they purchased in the Cobourg industrial park. This project entails a new TPO fully-adhered membrane roof as well as the complete renovation of the existing office space. In addition to the creation of some new private offices, a new boardroom and work spaces, all finishes are being updated for the offices, washrooms and lunchroom. Part of the focus of the renovations was also to improve energy efficiency through updated LED lighting and enhancement of the roof with R30 insulation.
