MiniMax Transport

Minimax approached Bel-Con to design and build a new cross-dock facility in Belleville to handle their expanding needs. Through various design consultations with the client, it was determined that a facility with 1,206sf of office space and 9,646sf of warehouse space was an ideal solution for them.

Minimax wanted a warehouse with no obstacles on the floor, and Bel-Con achieved this by utilizing a Butler single slope structure. This allowed for roof run off to be directed away from the 10 loading bays, while keeping occupants and material dry by utilizing the industry-leading MR-24 roof system.

Butler’s eShadowall was utilized for the walls of the building, providing a low maintenance long life solution.
