- Although unforeseen issues emerged, Bel-Con dealt with these challenges proficiently and professionally. They were cognizant of and adhered to all the relevant regulatory requirements.
- The Site Supervisor kept our project on schedule in spite of some very difficult winter weather. We opened our store slightly ahead of our target date.
- Except for the unforeseen items mentioned above, the project came within our projected budget. Bel-Con was also very conscious of containing the additional costs for the unforeseen items.
- Our relationship with Bel-Con personnel proved to be effective, productive and in fact, quite enjoyable. All of their people were cooperative and adaptive to our needs through every phase of the project.
