Ennismore Arena - Selwyn Township

This project involved the re-roof of the existing Ennismore Arena.  We utilized a Butler Hi-Pro Metal-Over-Metal system to roof over the existing standing seam roof.  The client intends to add roof top solar panels to this facility in the near future.  The solar panels can be mounted to the MR-24 roof system without piercing the roof panels.

The roof area was slightly more than 20,600 sq ft.  The ridge to eave length is 51’.  Although Butler has by far the best panel splice in the industry, as you will see from the photos, the new roof was installed with full-length roof sheets which meant that no panel splices were required. This makes the roof system that much more durable so that it requires even less maintenance.

Our client was pleased with the work we did and wrote this testimonial.

The roof over roof solution was new for us, but Bel-Con took the time to help us fully understand this approach, answered all of our questions and helped us determine that this was a good solution to our needs.
